Raffle
Rules
-
Each
ticket is entered into the raffle drawing. When purchasing their
ticket, each ticket holder stipulates if he or she would like
to "Split" or "No Split" the grand prize of
$5,000 . If the ticket holder failed to specify their wish for
splitting, their ticket is automatically designated as "Split".
(See below for more information on splitting.)
- All
tickets will be drawn.
- A
$100 prize will be paid to the 1st ticket drawn, and every 10th
ticket thereafter (i.e., 10th, 20th, 30th, etc.), including the
190th ticket.
- The
ticket holders of the last five tickets drawn (196th through 200th
tickets) will decide to split or not to split the $5,000 grand prize.
- Each
ticket is eligible for only one prize during the event.
Split
/ No Split Rules
- "Split"
means you agree to split the grand prize with the remaining qualified
ticket holders.
- "No
Split" means you do not wish to split the grand prize with
the remaining qualified ticket holders.
- Only
the individual whose name appears on the ticket can make the decision
to split/no split.
- The
ticket holders of the last five tickets drawn (196th through 200th
tickets) will each be asked if they want to split or not to split
the grand prize.
- If
one qualified ticket holder chooses "No Split", then all
qualified tickets will be placed in the tumbler. The next ticket
drawn will be disqualified, and all remaining qualified ticket holders
will be asked if they want to split or not to split the grand prize.
- If
all qualified ticket holders choose to "Split", then the
grand prize will be divided equally among the qualified ticket holders.
- This
process will be repeated until a single winner is determined, or
until all qualified ticket holders agree to split.
- The
"Split" or "No Split" indication on the ticket
is valid only if the ticket holder is not present during drawing.
If the ticket holder is present during the drawing, he or she may
change their decision.
